The Human Resources Operations Consultant provides functional application support on all HR initiatives and other HRIS-related responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Maintaining quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring
all HR applications are maintained in accordance with all current Human Resources policies and guidelines; serves as liaison among, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and IS. As part of the Human Resources team, this position also provides general Human
Resources support as needed.

Support the maintaining of all HR Applications and HRIS data to ensure accurate and timely entry of new hires, status changes and employee data while ensuring personnel actions are in compliance with current policies and guidelines
Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects functional problems and deficiencies
Runs scheduled reports and creates ad hoc reports as needed
Identifies, writes, and implements Human Resources policies and guidelines regarding the applications of HR
Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
Assists in the consultation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
Serves as liaison between HR and IS related to HRIS system issues
Provides general HR support, including but not limited to, creating and maintaining personnel files, employment verifications, and organization charts
Responsible for driving the Satellite Healthcare culture through values and customer service standards
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: BS/BA, High School diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
Experience : Five (5) years of Human Resources experience with HR applications and functional HR duties; experience in inputting and supporting information into all HR applications/system; experience with Ultipro preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must possess a strong sense of urgency and superior client services skills
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated abilities in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced attention to detail
Proven track record of strong organizational and excellent communication skills (including interpersonal, writing, and editing)
Ability to multitask, prioritize efficiently and meet deadlines
Ability to demonstrate and understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion
Able to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate with others in English in person, over the phone and via email
